Your $99 reservation secures your amp device. This deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price, and the app subscription will be billed monthly after the device is installed.
How much will amp cost?
The amp device is priced at $1,995 (excluding tax) and comes with a one-year subscription commitment to the amp app for $23/month. This package includes our premium accessories kit, shipping, white-glove delivery, professional installation, and a money-back guarantee—no questions asked.
What is included in the amp app membership?
Your amp app membership provides unlimited access to personalized programs and workouts powered by AI. It includes features like automatic rep counting, weight adjustments, gamified challenges, achievements, and detailed progress tracking. You will also enjoy sessions curated by world-class trainers and tools designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Plus, the membership supports up to 5 household members, making it a complete smart home gym experience.
What are the dimensions and weight of the device?
Including the shelf, the device measures H: 6 ft; W: 2 ft; D: 1 ft and weighs approximately 70 lbs. Please ensure you have adequate space for installation and use.
What are the minimum and maximum resistance levels on amp?
amp offers a minimum of 5 lbs and up to 100 lbs of digital resistance, automatically adjusting to fit your workouts in real time. Turn the amp dial to adjust the resistance manually, or click it to switch between smart resistance modes.
What are the different smart resistance modes?
amp's different smart resistance modes are: Fixed, which maintains constant weight throughout your entire range of motion; Band, which adds resistance the further you get from the start position; and Eccentric, which adds resistance as you return to your starting point. amp's digital experience can automatically switch between these to adapt to your progress and optimize your workouts, or you can manually choose your preference and adjust its intensity.
How do I get a refund if I cancel my reservation?
If for any reason you no longer want to purchase your amp device, refunds for canceled reservations will be issued to the original payment method. Please contact support at support@ampfit.com to cancel your reservation.
When will amp start delivering?
amp will begin shipping in early 2025. Distribution will be phased across locations based on market order volumes, ensuring the best delivery and installation experience for our customers.
